It has been well over a year since my last post. Why? Because I've been in good health. The MMS that I took didn't kill me or cause any damage; I continue to believe that it has helped me significantly. The American Federal Drug Administration has however seriously condemned MMS and has warned consumers that their lives are in danger if they continue using it: http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/Newsroom/PressAnnouncements/ucm220747.htmI wonder who could have got these people to move so fast in coming to this conclusion? Surely not the consumers themselves! Once a month, I use MMS to clean my mouth and eliminate the accumulated bacteria stuck in my teeth and gums. This saves plenty on dentist's bills! I haven't been taking any kind of maintenance dose though as I've found this unnecessary, however a short month ago something came up, I was hit with food poisoning. Although it said "wash before eating", I failed to read the instructions and thoroughly enjoyed the crispy, crunchy Kelp noodles (seafood) bathing in their own liquid that I bought in a health store. One day later, I was taken in with a kind of gastro-enteritis: shooting fluids from both ends! Serious vomiting and diarrhea all in one go. Taking extra vitamin C helped some and after 72 hours, I was more or less back to normal, but I then developed constipation which lasted for 5 days. When it was over and my bowels started to move again, the virus or whatever it was that affected me, reappeared and the whole nasty experience started all over. Then I remembered the MMS and took 6 drops (with 30 drops of lemon juice). After only 5 minutes, I was throwing up. The added diarrhea (which was happening at all hours day and night) stopped almost immediately and I began to feel better. For the week that followed, I took 6 drops of MMS each morning (just to be sure). No more vomiting, no more liquid. The pathogen was gone. Well it could have been food poisoning or even the Winter vomiting bug (Norovirus), but the MMS disposed of it completely. Thank you MMS! To regenerate the intestinal flora, I opted for Probiotics in the form of the Bifidus bacteria supplemented in some yoghurts [two or three tubs each day]. Full-scale probiotic formulae can be found in pharmacies and health outlets and are a better option, but they are not cheap. Other solutions are eating fermented foods such as sauerkraut.
